3. Upon confirmation that the highest bid placed on any one of the properties advertised will be sufficient to satisfy the decretal sum, together with accrued costs, we shall not proceed to auction the other properties advertised in this catalogue.
4. Sale is subject to reserve price; the auctioneer reserves the right to reject any bid without giving reasons for doing so.
